The surge of defensive comments about the movie made my review score. That’s okay. I am always by my comment. Blood and guts do not make a movie. A brilliant story line ne.Avez all your friends to comment and lower my reliability rating examiner – or – hey – make a movie better next time. Brilliant .—————————— OK, I initially thought it was a slapstick comedy type so I do not know what to expect. At least – I think – it would be in the same category as The Full Monty – English humor and great acting foi.Mais, it seems that the influence of Hollywood kept this movie from being as funny and entertaining as it might have been. The acting was okay, but history should have been the best élément.Au Instead the producers made it all about blood and violence. And I’m not sure if I do not “get” British humor, but I think it might be funny and witty without any violence happening, and so on. . . . . Again, maybe I just do not “succeed”, but I left feeling as if the film was a bloodgasm – rather than a real movie. The English have bent that low – to compete with Hollywood ?—————- Because responses, I must update my review. The movie was not funny or meaningful. Period. This was not the Full Monty and never will. Defend it if you may – if you are a self appointed movie critic or COP drive. The movie was not good. It sucked bad. Rubbish. Rating: 3 / 5

This film was rated 5. 5 stars. I do not know how to find this movie hysterical. There were some moments when there was no indication that this film is a comedy. This is one of the dummest films I’ve ever watched. I do not think this “comedy” deserves even one star, maybe a minus 5 stars. Rating: 1 / 5

I thought that this movie is completely ridiculous. Not the least funny, badly acted and directed, and did not help that he is released on HD-DVD died, but then I would not buy on Blu-ray either. Rating: 1 / 5
