The source material for this DVD is among the best taken on the Justice League than I’ve ever seen (I was a kid when I read the first issue of Justice League). This, combined with Bruce Timm who do wonderful Justice League TV series, has convinced me to give this 5 stars without even having seen the DVD. I understand the problem to a paper and put it on the screen given the time constraints, however, if anyone can take the best and put on the screen, it is Bruce Timm. This will be a late gift for my 57th birthday. Rating: 5 / 5
Like the previous animated film Superman | Doomsday, it is senseless gore and graphic violence and a history FAIBLE.Le hero (who appears on the cover) is unnecessary. The main hero (Green Lantern) does not show until the very end of film.L ‘foreign entity is a floating rock. Wow, there is excitement. In my humble opinion, it was a terrible movie. I agree with that other post that said that Marvel news was bad (although I did not like Dr. Strange one), but it was not better. If anyone has seen the animated Justice League / Justice League Unlimited cartoon on Cartoon Network, they are sure to be disappointed with this version. If they had at least used the same voice actors and artists from the animated series, which might have proved better. Rating: 1 / 5
I watched the first 5 minutes of this with my 6 year old son and I were treated to images of the Green Lantern blowing the brains out of a North Korean soldier with a rifle. I turned off and decided to watch something a little less violent. Do not get me wrong, I do not mind a little mindless violence here and there, but it’s too graphic, even for me. Rating: 1 / 5
Take a look at the box. The three most important people are the major players DC, Superman, Batman and Wonderwoman. Why? Because it is the characters that fans want to see. These are the characters who will sell the film. Unfortunately, the big three are merely supporting characters in this film, their roles little more than cameo appearances. This film recalls unpleasant memories of “The Superfriends”. Week after week I tune to see Batman and Superman, to see that the real story centered around the insipid and Wendy Marvin.L ‘real history of this film centers around Green Lantern, Flash and Martian Manhunter. I think potential buyers should know before deciding to buy. Although not as stupid as Wendy and Marvin, they are not nearly the same level in terms of popularity, as the Big 3. I can see why DC tried to conceal this fact with their misleading marketing. Nobody wants to buy a DVD about the Green Lantern (Green who ???). I gave it 3 stars because it’s actually a decent movie, but I am burned. Rating: 3 / 5
