I always loved that story – my old worn VHS copy. We looked at all the holidays in January with the children. A Great story, great “liners” of characters and everyone should see. Rating: 5 / 5

I saw this movie in theaters where the child was young and I was surprised by the special effects, when it was released on VHS I watch almost every Saturday morning. Now 25 years later I am still in awe of how the graphics look good for such an early stage of CGI and how a limited budget this film had. Rating: 5 / 5

I had this on my wish list in anticipation of buying the Blu-ray version, once released, but given the bad reviews of technical articles on Cinemasquid [. . . ] For the Blu-ray version I pass and stick with my DVD player on my enhanced Blu-ray. Hopefully the companies responsible for poor Blu-ray transfers will begin to take the time and money to make these the right way if enough of us boycott these discs. Rating: 2 / 5
