Usually, when there is such a media blitzkrieg behind a movie it means that there is not much to the film. Such is the case here. I saw the movie and simply, he plays like “Lethal Weapon” with dresses and sandals. I respect what Mr. Gibson tried to do here, but frankly, he stepped way over the line with the gore and violence. And the film has lost 3 out with me because of him. Its object should not have had buckets of blood spilled on him, he deserved a more respectful. And as for the media, the target audience of this movie is adult. It is in theaters today, we get it. If we want tickets, we’ll get those too. Enough is enough. As an atheist, I was able to steer clear spiritial Mumbo Jumbo and see this history as only the human tragedy it was. Jesus was a victim of fanaticism and intolerance e, like Joan of Arc, Anne Frank, and Martin Luther King, Jr. was, and this seamless representation of the inhumanity of man towards man shows in spades. Remember, I sincerely appreciate the sacrifice of someone who dies for another, let alone someone willing to take on the sins of all mankind. My God, this is where your karma ran over your dogma! But in this case, there is such a horrifying description of the gore of the Passion, and believe me, he is ruthless, he has all the lascivious decay of pornography. Cavaziel is the latest in a long line of beautiful Jesus. And the curse of the actor will probably follow too: no player always takes his career after describing the big guy. There is an old Bruce Cockburn air that has a very memorable line in it: “When we hear talk of forgiveness and love.” It was a song about things fanaticism prosylitizing fundamentalist Christians, and coincides well with his remark that if we are going to rid the world of “isms”, perhaps we should begin with “fundamentalism of all kinds.” In advertently is what I got out of the total Gross Out. Ya no fun in fundamentalism. If you’re the kind of person who gets some adrenaline fueled rush to attend an accident or snuff Flicks is the Jesus film for you. I threw myself off the preview to whistle “Always Look On The Bright Side of Life,” but you know what, I’m more of Jesus’ message in the LIFE BRIAN in this carnage dark. , Beautifully photographed, you’ll tear the flesh off and fly in the air bit of plasma leakage and mucus, while the blood flow nails and thorns slice raggedly in temples, orbits filling fluid and the brain blood. Whatever the poor son gave his life for The Sorrow and the Pity is that some half-mad Aussie-Yank now huckster trying to make a little money away. Oh yes, I forgot, there was a lot of guys playing for his clothes at the time. He must have known! I am a Christian. I’ll tell you one thing. BUT. I think that this “Special Edition” Passion is nothing but trash. Why? Read more… And be open minded, because I’m not an idiot, I know what I parle.Tant couple of years back, The Passion was released, it was probably as controversial as Borat was 06. I’ve seen in theaters. As many of us, I cried. But as time passes.. . the world began to notice something… Mel Gibson is a nut. It isn’t you say? Oh, well then i guess its ok to go to dRunKn and naked on your bed and you have your son come find you.. . and then after that… another version of the release, the passion.CETTE last line should tell you something right there people. Mel said at first he made this film to show people sharing. only reason anyone releases another version of the same film, is for money, nothing else. So maybe it was better behind the scenes, interviews, maybe an uncut version im not sure, but I’ll tell you this, you buy it for what the film mean? (Jesus) or because of a bonus disc? The media is not a trap but it falls in, and then realize, you caught and can not out. The Passion was supposed to be a moving film. Now, its just another piece of entertanment that becomes more money from people who know pas.Maintenant, im not going to get religious on you, but what do Jesus thinks you thnk that? seriouslly, think… think again. Now, if you say: “Jesus is happy about this because more people come to him now.” NO, you couldnt be more wrong. Jesus is probably very upset. You know why? re’releasing cuz this movie is doing nothing but making money from the dying Jesus. Mel does not care how it may impact people spiritually, it does exactly what the people in this bussiness, and if you know better, you can achieve, and turn away from that. I can already tell you, many people will read it and hate it, but deep. . . you know what is right, are gonna support thats a guy just wants to steal basiclly you? or will you just read your Bible and learn everything you need to know without wasting $ 20 dollars?
